ARA Wide Band designs and
manufactures high-performance wide-bandwidth
antennas for military and civilian communication and
security requirements. These antennas are
supplied to the Communications, Surveillance, and
Jamming (counter RF IED) markets. The Wide Band
antenna products cover all the commercial and
military frequency bands. They are available as omni-direction
antennas for wide area coverage and as high gain
directional antennas for direction finding or
targeting. These antenna system products are used as
fixed site antennas, vehicle mounted antennas and
man portable tactical antennas. The Wide Band
division also provides antenna products for the
commercial EMC test equipment market.

ARA
also offers its customers an ever expanding line of
the most advanced positioning systems and antenna
pedestal systems available. We offer many standard
positioning systems and antenna pedestal units that
provide cost effective solutions along with highly
specialized positioning systems that can be designed
and built to satisfy specific customer requirements.
Most products produced by ARA are for tactical, deployed conditions and our
positioning systems are designed and built for those
extreme applications.
Another value we add for the customer is taking the
worry about interfacing the antenna and RF
components to the positioning system. We routinely
work with the ARA antenna groups to design and
integrate the antenna and RF components into the
delivered system eliminating all of these concerns
for the customer.
